The "Child Nutrition Academy", a Nestlé Nutrition Institute project, who have chosen the HPA to begin an annual series of lectures on nutrition / child nutrition.
In this first meeting whose theme was "The Importance of Nutrition in the First 1000 Days of Life", the speakers were physicians and pediatricians of the HPA and of the D. Estefania Hospital and nutritionists of the Nestlé Institute, who spoke on nutrition as well as on other topics related to nutrition such as constipation and allergies.
Approximately 60 professionals attended this lecture, were very participative and made a positive contribute to the session. The group consisting mostly of nurses, pediatricians and dietitians from various health institutions in the Algarve.
